The target description is "90% of enrolled patients who smoke and are seen in general practice will be provided with advice and help to quit by July 2012".
Answer:
Data on ABC activities by pharmacists should treated in a similar manner to hospital data. It makes sense for General Practice to update patients' smoking status as a result of ABC activities by pharmacists, but B and C can only be recorded by General Practice when the General Practice does a follow up when smokers status has changed and provide the B and C.
