Abstract

This retrospective database study uses data from the Australian and New Zealand Intensive Care Society Adult Patient Database to report the epidemiology and outcome of patients with treatment limitations at Australian and New Zealand intensive care unit admission and identifies characteristics associated with survival and discharge to home.
