Abstract
Midlands Health Network is currently trialling a new model of primary care - Integrated Family Health Centres - at three Hamilton-based practices. A pilot evaluation aims to provide an initial record of patient and staff experience of the programme changes, which can be used as a baseline for further evaluation. This report documents the patient's experience of, and satisfaction with, the service provided by the Centres.
