Abstract

In this study, the authors estimate the incidence, prevalence and disability-adjusted life years for traumatic brain injury (TBI) in New Zealand in 2010. They conclude that the "... burden of TBI in NZ is substantial, and mild TBI contributes to a major part of non-fatal outcomes".
